From Ghetto to Parliament follows Ugandan musician and political activist Bobi Wine as he rises from the slums of Kampala to become a leading voice in Uganda’s struggle for democracy and freedom.
As a documentary filmmaker, I set out to capture the extraordinary journey of an artist challenging one of Africa’s longest-serving presidents.
